If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please email hello@elenatamovaart.com to let us know, ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging if possible, and with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to the address we will specify in our email. 
  


If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

  • Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days. 

 

  • Faulty Items 
     

If you have received your order and an item is faulty please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item so we can arrange for a replacement.
 

  • Late or missing refunds 
     

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account. 
Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@elenatamovaart.com.
 

  • Sale items 
     

Sale items can also be exchanged or refunded as above - to the value of the amount paid at the time of your order.

 

  • Exchanges 


If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item or something of equivalent value, please send us an email at hello@elenatamovaart.com and send your item to the address we will specify. 
 

Please include a note with your order number and what you would like to exchange it for.
 

  • Shipping


To return your product, please email us at hello@elenatamovaart.com and we will provide you with a postal address of where you can return your goods to. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items, we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used when placing the order once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from the date of receipt of goods.
