I take the utmost care to make sure your orders arrive to you in the best condition. However, sometimes things can get damaged in the post, especially with international orders, so if you do have any issues with your goods, please contact me on hello@elenatamovaart.com within 7 days of delivery of your parcel and I will do my best to resolve it.

If returning an item, it would need to be posted to me by tracked/recorded delivery. The return shipping charge is at your own cost. The original shipping charge for online orders is not refunded. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method for the value of the damaged merchandise. Exchanged items will be processed as a new order.

When placing an order, please bear in mind that I am a one-artist-shop and a very small business, so please make sure you are ordering correct measurements and quantities. I am happy to answer all your questions prior to your order.

Unless faulty, goods are non-refundable.
